Satellite Communications Engineer
Clapiers, France CDI
We are looking for a Satellite Communications Engineer to join our growing team.
Required Skills
- Specialized in the design and analysis of satellite communication systems across GEO and LEO orbits.
- Skilled in link budget calculations, accounting for free-space loss, antenna performance, atmospheric effects, and interference.
- Experienced with ground segment equipment (antennas, HPAs, LNAs, modems) and system optimization to ensure reliable connectivity.
- Knowledgeable in frequency planning, Doppler effects, and handover strategies, with applications ranging from broadband and broadcast to emerging 5G non-terrestrial networks (NTN).
